Before you write
A few checks
Sign-in
Use the same account you created in ProDart360. If sign-in fails, email us from that address.
League results
Stay signed in and reopen the league. If a finished match is still missing, send the league name and fixture.
QR codes
Allow camera access when you scan a code. If the scan fails, enter the code by hand where the app offers it.
Account
Need your account removed?
Delete it in the app under Settings, or request account deletion if you cannot sign in.
