Beta account support
How to request deletion
There is currently no in-app deletion control in the beta build. Email support@prodart360.co.uk from the email address associated with your account and include “Account deletion” in the subject.
Identity and timing
We may ask you to confirm the account email or another reasonable account detail before completing the request. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to verification and any lawful retention requirement.
What is deleted
We will delete or de-identify account identifiers, beta application details and personal data that no longer has a valid purpose. Some competition records may need to remain in an anonymised or competition-owned form where they are needed to preserve a league or tournament history.
Beta testing data
Test feedback, diagnostic information and reports connected to your account may be retained for a limited period where needed to investigate a reported problem or meet a legal obligation. We will remove or anonymise it when that purpose no longer applies.
