Account deletion

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Settings → Cloud Sync.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Read the warning, confirm, and type DELETE when asked.
4. Complete Apple or Google reauthentication if prompted.
5. After successful deletion, the app signs you out.

Account deletion is permanent. Save any records you need before confirming. If deletion fails, do not assume your account was removed; follow the error instructions or contact support.

Cannot access the app?

If the app does not show this control, or you cannot sign in, email support@prodart360.co.uk from your account email address with the subject “Account deletion”. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

Email requests and identity checks

We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on an email request. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and complete them within 30 days, subject to verification and any lawful retention requirement.

Competition records

Some competition-owned records may need to remain in an anonymised form to preserve results. Support messages may be retained where needed to investigate a problem or meet a legal obligation.
