ProDart360 uses account and gameplay data to provide league scoring, synchronization, and subscription access.
What We Collect
- Account identifiers (for example email and user id) for sign-in and ownership.
- League, fixture, and match data created in the app.
- Subscription entitlement state used to unlock paid features.
- Camera access only when you choose QR scan for board-tablet pairing in tournament venue mode, or when you open the optional online board camera web page on a second device.
How We Use Data
- Deliver core scoring and league functionality.
- Sync data across supported devices.
- Provide support and issue resolution.
- Read pairing codes from QR images so a board tablet can be linked to the correct tournament board.
- Show your dartboard to an online opponent when you explicitly connect an optional board camera.
Camera Permission
ProDart360 requests camera permission on supported mobile platforms for QR scanning in the tournament board-tablet pairing flow. Camera frames are used in-app to decode pairing codes and are not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
When the optional online board camera feature is enabled, the separate web camera page may ask for camera access on the second device you point at your board. That live video is used to show the board to your online opponent during the match. ProDart360 does not use the scoring app camera for this viewer-only flow, does not record the live video, and does not treat video as the official score; manual scoring remains the source of truth.
Data Sharing
Data is not sold. Data may be processed by providers that operate required platform services, such as hosting, authentication, storage, and subscriptions.
